Tomorrow Becks and I are gonig to make our Media Room look EXACTLY like this!

We went to see the props department to talk about the diffirent props we needed. We need- 1 desk, 1 table, 2 computers, 7 or 8 chairs, water cooler, coffee machine, notice board, filing cabinets, windows, door, sofa.

The desks and chairs are already in school which is helpful as is the computers and cabinets.
We can get the coffee machine and water cooler from the cafeteria. The doors and windows are already in the room and the sofa is in the common room which we can use.
We have changed the location of our office room from the studio to our media room. We have done this because the media room is more practical because it already looks like an office once we have taken down the posters. There are bars on the window which adds to the police security effect.  This will save time as well because we will aready have walls and lights etc which means we do not to spend time painting the walls and getting lights ready.
This the dress we will be using which is from Dance Direct. The cost is £30 which is the cheapest one we can find. We do not have the money with us so our teacher is buying it for us and we will pay him on monday.

FILMING SCHEDULE
Thursday 24th January 2013- We will get all our props together so that we don't waste time on the day of shoot running around finding things. We will set up the set of the ballerina studio which will consist of a black backdrop and we may have to paint the floor (it might look a bit knacked because lots of groups would have been painting the floor for their thrillers)

Friday 25th January 2013- We will get to the studio for about 9:00 and get everything ready like lights and cameras etc. Our actress will arrive at about 9:15 and get ready. Hopefully we will begin shooting at 10:00 and we should be finished by 11:30/12:00.

We shall then take down the ballerina set and put up the office set which should take 20 minutes. Then we shall have a lunch break and get back to the studio for 1:30 with the actors. We will start filming at 1:35 and hopefully be done by 3:00/3:30.

The rest of the day will be spent taking down the set and putting props back!

Hey guys,
Bascially, we hope you are all still ok to do our thriller? Our thriller will be shot on the 25th January.

Philipa - we only need you in the morning, so untill about lunch time, do you have a white leatard and toutou?

Abi & Jason - We need you two from about 1pm onwards? Is that ok? Please could you wear what you usually wear at school, so Jason shirt and tie and black or navy trousers. Then Abi a shirt and skirt or trousers, whatever you want.

Please respond saying that you are still ok to do this for us, or if there are any problems.
